BIOANALYTICAL LAB - SMALL MOLECULES

FIRST FLOOR
The Bioanalytical Research Laboratory for small molecules is a Drug Controller General of India-approved facility spread over 7500 sq ft and equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation, including LC-MS/MS, HPLC and UPLC. The laboratory provides services to meet rigorous quality parameters as well as timelines. It offers development, validation and application of analytical methods for various pharmacologically active moieties in different biological matrices. The Laboratory analyses drugs and active metabolites from biological matrices to support BA, BE and PK studies as part early- and late-phase drug development programs. The lab also undertakes bioanalysis for TDM studies. The lab has been audited by the Austrian Regulatory agency as well as the UAE Ministry of Health and has audits scheduled by the US Food and Drug Administration and Brazil’s ANVISA.

The Bioanalytical Research Laboratory for large molecules is a Good Laboratory Practice/GCLP-compliant facility spread over an area of 10000 sq ft. Its advanced instrumentation facilities include the Biacore T100- Surface Plasmon Resonance Platform, Advia Centaur Immunoassay System, Tecan Genesis Automation Platform, an approved Radioisotope Laboratory, a fully functional Cell Culture Laboratory, and a well-equipped Central Laboratory for Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assays.
