The fully equipped Central Laboratory is the heart of our activities and is dedicated to excellence in research. Housed in an 8000 sq. ft area, the Central Laboratory has high throughput instrumentation capable of handling 10,000 tests daily, thus supporting the increasing number of clinical protocols. Accredited by CAP and NABL, it has successfully maintained NGSP Level II Laboratory Certification. It is the Intercontinental Referral Laboratory for Esoterix Inc. and LabCorp, USA to support local testing for global studies. An access-controlled facility with an efficient alarm system, the Central Laboratory has a wireless data logging system for remote control of temperature and humidity. The main areas of specialization are Biochemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Histopathology, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry, and Clinical Pathology.
